For Whom the Bell Tolls
My grandmother passed away Wednesday morning. We're handling it well, and me and the kids are staying with my Mom for a few days, until after the funeral, so that she won't have to be alone at night until this is all over with. Safety in numbers, that sort of thing.

My Mom also wants me to live in my grandmother's house. This will never work, with 2 adults and 4 children, in a two-bedroom house, which is way too small. LOL, keep dreaming Mom...maybe you and my stepdad can take that one, and give US the 3 bedroom house, while we're getting it all together. It'll be awhile before we can move into that house we're buying. It needs to be remodeled a bit before we can get in it. :)

But on a serious note, I'm really glad that my grandmother is at peace finally. She suffered so much in the past 3 months, and i saw her so many times gasping for breath with her mouth wide open, and in a coma, and it'll be good to see her face with a peaceful expression on it.

I'll miss her so much, but she was a great mother and grandmother and great-grandmother, and we all loved her so much. She deserves her rest after 92 years of putting up with people. ;)
